Nutrimix has announced a price reduction for some of its flour products.
In a statement issued yesterday evening, the company said there would be an immediate price decrease for its range of Country Pride and Nutrimix Premium Grade 2kg and 10kg flour products.
The price reductions range from 10% to 13% on its 2kg flour and 10% to 12% on its 10kg size.
The company said there would also be an imminent reduction in its range of 45kg products.
The statement said, internationally, wheat prices and shipping costs have decreased, with improvement as well in the reliability of the supply chain.
Locally however, the company said increased foreign exchange costs (excluding USD), insurance, transportation, security and wages, prevented it from reducing its prices by a greater amount.
